Sofia Sofianou is an architect and designer from Athens, Greece, holding a graduate degree from Harvard Graduate School of Design, Master in Architecture II (2021) and a Diploma in Architecture from University of Patras, Greece (2018).
Having worked in architectural offices in Athens, Copenhagen and Boston, she participated in international projects and competitions in Greece, Denmark, and USA. Her most recent artworks were exhibited at the EMST (National Museum of Contemporary Art in Athens) and the Opening Gallery in New York City, as well as the Greek Pavilion of the 15th Venice Architecture Biennale.
Sofia’s research interest revolves around experimenting with visual representation, coding and optics. Her studio is driven with a strong focus on urban planning, ecology and sustainable design.
